When will my order ship?

Your order will go out for shipping the following day after it has been placed.  Allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.  Orders are sent out for shipping Monday - Thursday.

What if my body butter arrives melted?

​

Don't worry!  Your body butter will not be affected if melting occurs.  Melting will not affect the quality, properties, nor performance of your body butter.  However, the volume may decrease causing the appearance of a lesser amount of body butter in the jar.  Feel free to place your body butter in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to solidify.  Due to unpredictable weather conditions, your order will be packaged with a freezer pack to aid in the prevention of melting.  In addition, melting may occur because we elect not to jeopardize our butters with stabilizers, fillers, or beeswax in the production process.  Instead, we aim to provide the most natural butters aimed to penetrate and moisturize the skin.

Am I suppose to wash off my body butter?

Of course not!  Once you apply your body butter, leave on and experience the moisture!

Can I apply body butter to my face?

Our body butter is safe for the face.  However, please be aware of sensitivities that may occur if you have oily or acne-prone skin.

Do you offer refunds/returns.

All sales are final once purchase is made.  If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours for review.

What if I experience irritation after use?

​

If irritation occurs, discontinue use of product.  Please perform a skin test to test for allergies.  We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.  Review product ingredients before purchase.
